AFTER THE THAW

In this series, Bayli expands upon a recent passion for impasto (or pallett knife), bringing heavy texture and rich color to the canvas. The installation is a celebration of the shift from winter into spring, a moment when color returns, light softens, and the world feels like it is breathing again. Stepping inside the space is meant to feel like crossing that threshold of the quiet stillness of winter falling away and the first bloom of life unfolding around you.
